Laura Patterson believes that customer-centricity is the Only Way to achieve sustainable, profitable growth. She’s no newcomer to this winning practice. At the age of nine, she realized that if she wanted to achieve her sales goals when selling chocolates door-to-door, she needed to have a good value proposition. This is why “Growth is in her DNA.” Her corporate career was all about customer-centricity too. She was a customer relationship manager, customer marketing initiative lead, and customer loyalty architect.

In 1999, Laura took the leap and cofounded VisionEdge Marketing to be able to help many more companies achieve their growth goals. She has helped 250+ companies of all sizes – do just that.  Most of her customers have been in the B2B space in these industries: technology, cyber security, financial services, manufacturing software, and medical devices/bioscience.

Her challenge-to-future-forward strategy specialties are customized to these themes: Customer Centricity, Data-Driven Insights, Performance Management, and Operational Excellence.

Laura lives in Austin, where she is Mom to Riley, a toy Aussie. She is a superfan of hummingbirds and maintains a garden to attract them. Laura keeps her Zen with Yoga and reenergizes with a long run.
