Our Plan Assessment reviews every plan along 3 dimensions.

1. Alignment – how well the plan is linked to the overall organization’s priorities and the linkages within the plan elements (objectives, strategies, programs, tactics, and investments)

2. Accountability – how well the plan documents how Marketing will measure its value, impact, and contribution.

3. Customer-Centricity – how well the plan reflects Marketing’s focus on high-value customer segments to drive profits and the plan places these customers at the center of your marketing strategy in order to create and extract customer value.

Assessment results are based on your responses to the intake form (which includes authorizations, releases and a mutual non-disclosure agreement) and a review of five primary documents:

1. The plan to be evaluated

2. Your plan development process map

3. Your business plan if this assessment is for a function

4. Your strategic plan if this assessment is for a function

5. The dashboard or performance report for this function’s plan being reviewed

You will have 10 business days from purchase to provide your documents and complete the intake form.  Be advised there are no refunds on assessments.

This assessment DOES not evaluate whether your SWOT analysis, customer insights, competitive intelligence, or market research is complete and/or accurate.  The review assumes that the data in the plan was properly acquired and vetted.
