Store Refund Policy

All sales are final for all digital products.  Please review you purchases carefully prior to payment. Once you complete your purchase, you will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. VisionEdge Marketing has a no cash refund policy. No monetary refunds will be given for any reason, though alternative refunds may be offered, such as store credit or exchanges. Should you purchase a Accelance® on a monthly subscription and choose to cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the following business cycle.

Payment Methods

We currently use Stripe to accept payments and we honor Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX. We have strong fraud protection in place, so please be sure to enter the exact name, billing address, etc. as it appears on your statement for the card you use to make your purchase. If you are using a business card, please check with your accounting department for the correct billing information.

Shipping Method

All workbooks in the VisionEdge Marketing online store are delivered electronically. After your order has been completed, a download link will be emailed directly to the provided email address. Delivery for Accelance and our advisory services varies by order, and each indivudal description specifies the delivery method.
