Diverse Companies Retain VisionEdge Marketing to Improve

BAX Global of Irvine, California and Barber Foods of Portland, Maine both hired VisionEdge Marketing t evaluate their current marketing plans, advise how to better align the marketing function with business goals, establish a set of metrics by which the performance of the marketing function can be measured, and recommend graphical dashboards by which the marketing department can report its contribution to top management.

At BAX Global the company previously had established a set of metrics for measuring the performance of its marketing programs, but it was interested in having an objective assessment made of the company’s marketing plan, metrics used for measurement, and the dashboard used for tracking and reporting.

For Barber Foods their primary reason for working with VEM was to determine what, how, and when to measure marketing initiatives and to assess the effectiveness of marketing in building brand equity and sales.
